This project called Intermundia (Latin for “between worlds”) came out of nowhere and had a will of its own: the idea appeared in a flash and practically compelled itself into existence in a matter of days.
It’s an almost 8 minutes long, meditative trip that combines the aesthetic of dark ambient album covers, a stylized Lovecraftian world, and a narrative inspired by hermetic and gnostic philosophy.
On the technical side, it turned into a pretty powerful example of an end-to-end integrated workflow coordinated by meticulously detailed and illustrated “creative directives”, blueprints for multiple interconnected models.
Every aspect of the piece – planning and logistics, concepts, still images, camera angles, narrative, video generation, voiceover, and soundtrack – have all been linked in one way or another, each having access to and building on the results of the others.
This was a potent real-world application of what I always think of as “intelligent creative architecture“: a paradigm I believe will be increasingly more common in a new era of creative production.
Weavy and Gemini models served as the cornerstones of this process, with a number of other supporting tools (listed at the end of the video).
Enjoy, and remember to “guard your flame”!
